If you happen to already have drawings and specifications we are more than happy to review these and provide a cost for the necessary works.

Depending on the nature of the work an appropriately skilled manager will be appointed to oversee the complete refurbishment who will also be supported by head office staff to ensure that the works are completed to our high standards. Our aim is to make the project as effortless for you as we can, whilst communicating with you at every step to ensure you are always kept informed.

We regularly work with architects, structural engineers and interior designers and can recommend a number consultants should the need arise.

We are able to offer basement construction and conversion through our sister company Square Foot Basements who have constructed numerous basements throughout the London area. Whether you require a complete design and build service or you already have an existing design we have the experience to provide you with a new subterranean space.
